Tulia is the seat of Swisher County, about 46 miles south of Amarillo and roughly 2 miles east of Interstate 27, at the junction of U.S. 87 and Texas 86. It is a center for farming and agribusiness. The town had 4,473 residents in the 2020 census, down from 4,967 in 2010, and Swisher County lies within Amarillo College's service area.

If you live farther away, Full Service carries the property month to month.
Full Service is 10% of collected rent, with a leasing fee of half a month's rent for a 12-month lease. Advertising costs $25 a year per unit, never more than $100 per owner, and you pay no onboarding fee.
