Team Leader

Born and raised in Lubbock, Wendell Burris brings more than 15 years of real estate experience to Minnix Property Management. As a team leader and active real estate investor, he has extensive experience purchasing, renovating, and managing single-family investment properties. His firsthand knowledge gives him a practical understanding of the opportunities and challenges property owners face.

Wendell also serves as president of the Lubbock Apartment Association and leads the Lubbock Real Estate Investor Association. He enjoys connecting with local investors, sharing practical knowledge, and supporting the continued growth of Lubbock’s real estate community. Known for his straightforward approach and real-world experience, Wendell is committed to helping owners make informed decisions and achieve long-term success with their investments. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and the occasional golf game.

Jordan Fletcher, Realtor

Amarillo Market Property Manager

Jordan Fletcher brings 12 years of property management experience to Minnix Property Management, helping owners protect and strengthen their real estate investments. Known for her down-to-earth approach, she combines professionalism, clear communication, and personal attention to provide dependable service throughout the Amarillo and Canyon area.

Jordan understands that successful property management begins with strong relationships and consistent follow-through. She works closely with owners and residents to address concerns, identify practical solutions, and ensure each property receives the care it deserves. As a wife and proud mother, Jordan values hard work, trust, and treating people with respect. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, sharing new experiences with her family, and making lasting memories together.

Daniel Hernandez, Realtor

Daniel Hernandez brings a strong background in property management, maintenance, real estate, and operations to Minnix Property Management. A Certified HVAC Technician since 2013 and CAMT-certified professional since 2016, he offers hands-on technical expertise and a practical understanding of property care. After becoming a licensed Realtor in 2020, Daniel expanded his focus to helping clients and property owners achieve their goals.

As Lubbock Market Property Manager, Daniel oversees property operations, resident relations, and asset performance. He is committed to delivering exceptional service, developing strong relationships, and creating lasting value for residents and property owners. His combination of technical knowledge, industry experience, and solution-focused leadership helps ensure properties are managed efficiently, professionally, and with careful attention to detail.

With deep roots in the Permian Basin, MJ Juarez has served real estate clients since 2012, specializing in investment properties and property management. Candace Moore, Realtor

Marketing Director

Candace Moore serves as Director of Marketing at Minnix Property Management, where she connects property owners with professional management services and helps prospective residents find a place to call home. She leads the company’s marketing efforts through clear messaging, helpful information, and an understanding of what matters to owners and residents.

Candace earned her master’s degree in Communication Disorders from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and has worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist for more than 25 years. Her experience in communication, listening, and relationship-building shapes how she shares the Minnix story and creates meaningful connections.

A former ventriloquist, Candace has considered coming out of retirement and entering the comedy circuit, but for now, she finds Jazzercise more exciting. She also enjoys spending time with her family and planning her next adventure.

Russ Moore, Realtor, CAPS

Business Development/ Broker

Since founding Minnix Property Management in 2004, Russ Moore has led the company in providing professional residential property management throughout West Texas. Before entering property management, Russ worked in new-home construction and remodeling, giving him a practical understanding of a home’s structure and systems from the ground up. That experience, combined with his degree from Texas Tech University, shaped his approach to property care and service.

Minnix was founded with a mission of building lasting relationships through quality housing and superior service. Russ continues to lead the company with an emphasis on dependable service, clear communication, owner satisfaction, protecting investments, strengthening communities, and supporting local charities.

Outside the office, Russ enjoys playing pickleball, spending time with his parents and in-laws, joining the adventures planned by his wife and following their son’s aviation journey.

Originally from Upstate New York, Laura Reeves brings more than 30 years of property management experience to Minnix Property Management. Her background includes multifamily, tax-credit, residential, and student housing communities, giving her a broad understanding of property operations and resident needs. Before entering property management, Laura also enjoyed a career as a model in Florida.

Laura’s extensive industry knowledge and people-focused approach allow her to support her team, residents, and property owners. She is passionate about building strong relationships, creating a positive work environment, and providing dependable service. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading about history, attending sporting events, exploring antique shops, and relaxing at the beach.
